Order & Pick Up Policies
Thank you for supporting a home-based bakery. To ensure food safety, fairness and a smooth experience for everyone, please review our policies before placing an order.

*All orders are pick up only at my home in Southeast Everett, WA
The exact pick up address is provided after payment confirmation
Pick up takes place outdoors (porch/doorstep enclosure) in accordance with Washington Cottage Food safety standards

All orders must be placed 1 week in advance. You can choose your date/time for pick up
Please arrive within your scheduled pick-up window
Early or late pick-ups cannot be accommodated
Pickup Days - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
AM Pickup Window (8-10 AM)
PM Pickup Window (5-7 PM)

Payment in full is required before pick up
Accepted payment methods are provided at checkout
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received

A 30-minute grace period is allowed
Orders not picked up within the time may be forfeited without refund
No-shows are non-refundable and orders will not be remade
Repeated missed pick ups may result in declined future orders

Due to the nature of cottage food production:
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES once an order is picked up
Please inspect your order at pick up
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a credit (at baker's discretion)

For safety and courtesy, please limit pick up to one person
No pets at pick up please
